Notifications
The notification bell and the Notifications page of the PanelWave CMS — what you are told about, how to read and clear notifications, and which preferences control them.
The CMS tells you when something happens that concerns you — a comment on one of your works, an export that finished, a publish that went through, an invitation to a team. Notifications arrive in three places that always agree with each other:
- the bell in the top bar of every screen, with the number of unread notifications;
- the Inbox on the Dashboard, with your eight newest unread ones;
- the Notifications page (See all in the Inbox, or the bell).
The bell checks for new notifications about once a minute and whenever you return to the tab.
The Notifications page
The page lists everything, newest first. Unread rows are highlighted; clicking a row marks it read and takes you to the place it is about — the comment thread, the export, the published work, the team page. Unread only narrows the list, Mark all read clears every badge at once and Load more fetches the next 25.
What you are notified about

| Comments | A team member comments on one of your works, a comment is held for review, you are mentioned, or a moderator acts on your comment. See team comments. |
| Exports | An export job finished or failed. See Export. |
| Publishing | A publish succeeded, failed, or was rolled back. See Publishing. |
| Team | You were invited to a team or joined one, a new member joined your team, the team's plan changed, a Work Pass was bought, or the team was suspended or reactivated. See Account & Team. |
| Plan limits | An action was stopped by a plan limit — for example one publication too many. |
| Speech generation | A batch of generated voice takes is done. See Audio localization. |
Notifications are personal: each member of a team gets their own, and reading one does not change what teammates see.
In-app notifications do not send email. Email for comments and mentions on your works is a separate switch under Profile → Preferences → Email notifications, next to the product-news setting — see Account & Team.
